The football was never the problem.
We have played in these Warsaw pickup groups for years — Orliks, rented turf, the Thursday-night regulars. The football always works. The organising does not: replies buried in the group chat, one person paying for the pitch and then spending the week collecting from everyone else, bookings that live in somebody's inbox.
So we built the smallest thing that fixes it: one link per game. Replies, the cost split, payments and teams — all handled. It runs a real game in Warsaw today, and it works.
All you should have to do is turn up.
